BAZI NATURAL VE ASİT-AKTİVE NATURAL KİLLERİN, SENTETİK ADSORBANLARIN VE METAL-ORGANİK ÇERÇEVELERİN ALKALİ-NÖTRALİZE AYÇİÇEĞİ YAĞI AĞARTMA YETENEKLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ

The aim of this study was to search vegetable oil bleaching abilities 30 different adsorbent materials placed into four groups (natural clay, acid-activated natural synthetic adsorbent, metal-organic frames). After treatment against control sample, color (L, a*, b* values), weight loss (%), free fatty acidity (FFA), peroxide value (PV), and the specific extinctions K232 K270 were measured. Based on data analysis, montmorillonite, halloysite, Dowex, Ti-MOF selected, tested in same way two commercial earth (C.B.E.) samples. Finally, an equal portion mixture selected adsorbents prepared C.B.Es. Results indicated that acid activated halloysite Dowex had certain potentials be implemented bleaching. In conclusion, some other clay modification techniques suggested being applied those potential improve their activity for applications.
